Lord have Mercy!

This is what our shows look like.
We’re playing this very Thursday, April 3rd, at Lit Lounge in NYC at 9:30pm, with some really fucking awesome bands (Meets West, Tulips for Tina, and Herra Terra!)
We’re playing again on Saturday, April 5th, at the Lamp Post in Jersey City, at 10pm with our good friends Tin Kitchen.
See you soon!
Our friends Tin Kitchen got a great review for their Grace EP over on Sound As Language. We’ll be playing with them on Saturday, April the 5th, at our favorite spot in JC, the Lamp Post. 10pm, Free show. I believe Lindsay is doing a solo show tonight in the Brunz at Courtlandt-land (this is apparently also a Fun-Ghouls reunion).
You can listen to an on-air performance we did at WRSU Rutgers radio over here.
Jim Testa writes briefly about seeing us at Bar Matchless last Friday over at his blog:
I’ve been corresponding with Billy Gray of The Meltdowns (see Tris McCall’s review of their new CD on jerseybeat.com) for years but this was my first time actually seeing them, and they were terrific. The bassist plays a 6-string bass and does some amazing runs, and Billy’s a maniac on lead guitar. The band plays funky stretched-out rock jams with a lot of humor (at one point, Billy and the bassist put down their instruments, jumped into the crowd, and did a perfectly synchronized re-enactment of the dance moves from MJ’s “Thriller” video).
Jenn’s party at Toy Eater’s Saturday was a blast. There was poetry, rock, dancing, and a room full of sweaty, smoky people. J. Matt McCullough and his posse were in attendance and he chronicled the whole ordeal with his lens:

Oh, we have a FREE show Friday at Matchless with three other awesome bands, hope to see you there!
This is the first review in for our new EP, in Jim Testa’s Jersey Beat! What a neat/strange thing to read. It’s really positive, quite complementary, offers a lot of constructive criticism, but it’s always a kind of trippy thing to hear/read what someone takes from your music. Not bad, and disorienting isn’t the word, but, like woah man. Far out.
Thanks for the pic, Kayt!
